As part of Crystal Palace Artists' Signals Festival, an artists fair offered the citizens of Crystal Palace the opportunity to engage with a range of artists' interventions.

How often do we sit and think, intentionally? Do we consider this a waste of time? Do we only allow the outer reaches of our mind free rein when in the midst of some more serious activity, such as being stuck in traffic?

Are we even able to sit and think purposefully for even the shortest time?
